How difficult can be to make this stock, I've just seen it and I loved it!!
It would be nice to do it.

Best bet would almost be to start off with a Tanaka AICS with the plastic part of the stock removed and go from there. It would require a lot though.
That would be incredibly hard to make.
The AICS stock would be close..... but would look nothing like that.

You would have to have someone mill one out for you man. And it will cost you quite a bit as well.

Take a look at this one....

Yea I thought it will cost but it would look awesome, don't you agree?
I've seen the AICS without the plastic parts, it's close but not enough.
But it's doable, who knows maybe in the future, after I finish the projects I've started.... I might bother to do that.

How about this for a base?

Then get an m4 casv rail, cut everything but the receiver away from the front of it and attach the m4 casv via the picatinny rail?
Or machine a bush master hand guard?

As for the stock not really very close, but use a base along the lines of a M4 skeleton stock
Worth it. MAke it HPA too.
It's not something in the immediate plans but I think it can be done, with the help of a machinist.

That's past the doable level of a lathe and milling machine. Something like that would take CNC machine, someone who knows their way around CAD, and a large amount of time and money.
I know my way around CAD, but so do a lot of people, but I also have access to a mill and a CNC lathe, but not readily same as a lot of people. Only real trouble is the metal.

CAD is the easy part. But yes, raw materials would be a pain to find for this.
I'm not planning to do anything like this but the only material you'll need is aluminum.
If you remember Candyman he has done this

on his own without CNC or CAD design!!
Or even this

out of wood and aluminum!

I think it's doable if someone has the skill( I don't )

His builda never failed to make me jealous. What about tools?
Here is a link... He explains the tools he used for each project.

I am making the DSR with the Mini Mill, pilar drill and hand tools (vice, files, hacksaw)"

Would be a hard and expensive build... beautiful none-the-less....

For my Real Steel Rem 700, Im considering the McRee's Stock

complete drop in system, could be a base for something like this, add a VTAC RAS to the front.
To me that would simulate the best bet for the front end for the M24E1

Or fork out close to a couple of thousands of USD$$ and have one custom built

Oh dear lord... I need to go change my pants... and cry a little out of jealousy...
Your gun is awesome! I wish we were allowed to have RS guns!

Yes I thing it would be expensive but the biggest problem for me is I don't have any machining skills and I would have to find someone else to do it. I'm only pointing this because I liked it and I would be one awesome project.

And the cost for the Candyman's DSR1 was
