With my tanaka m700 aics should I use propane and add the silcone oil to it or should I just use straight propane? I understand in gbb rifles the silicone oil lubes the moving parts. But in a non blow-back rifle is the silicone neccessary?
Thnx in advance

Silicon helps maintain the integrity of the O-rings throughout the gun. With that said, I would add silicon.

Not too much though, or you'll get silicone in your bucking and it'll all go to shit.

I run straight propane thru my KJW M700, and come to think of it, all of my other Gas Guns. No problems here. Just check up on the O-rings fairly regularly.
