Pump-action Sniper

I used a pump shotgun in a 'pistols & shotguns' match and killed a lot of people that had GBB's and AEP's. The field had a lot of 2 story buildings and I would just sit up there and hit people with the 0.28g's that I was using. The gun didn't even have sights or a stock; I just kinda got the feel of where the bb would go.

How is this done? I'd like to see that; it would probably be fun to use in semi-close engagements.
