SHS hi torque motor, dream army mosfet (or better yet, do a DIY mosfet!) prometheus 6.03-6 (your preference) and possibly a guarder steel gearset. That's all you need, plus your desired spring.
That will do most people, until their piston teeth wear out from the steel gears then replace the piston with an SHS one.
You'll also need misc items (shims, grease etc...) but you get the idea.
