Questions about the Action Army VSR-10 Hopup Chamber

Hi, So I'm considering buying the Action Army VSR10 hopup unit for my Cyma VSR-10, but I have some questions about it:

1. Is it compatible with the Cyma VSR10?
2. Apart from a bucking, is there anything else I need to buy in addition to the unit for it to work?
3. Is is compatible with a bridged inner barrel?
4. If I need to get an non-bridged barrel, can that be r-hopped or can this unit already shoot heavy bbs, such as a .4g? And would I need to get a new bucking too?
5. Finally, My current unit has a magazine catch block that attaches to the unit. Would this also attach to the AA unit or does it have a built-in alternative to this?

Sorry for all the questions, thanks in advance.

It should fit the Cyma 701, you don’t NEED anything else, you don’t even need a new bucking for it to function. But I highly recommend a 2021 Maple Leaf Autobot 70° and a Masada hop arm. You could also use an omega nub but they aren’t always the greatest.

The AA chamber IS compatible with a bridged inner barrel, BUT then you DON’T want a Maple Leaf bucking. A pdi Nineball, pdi W hold, or an rhop configuration with a flathopped Madbull red
would be my suggestions for the bridged barrel route.

Your mag release setup should work fine.
Thank you so much, I'll be sure to look into those configurations!
And one last thing, does it come with a hop arm or do I need to use the stock one/buy a new one? I'm assuming it comes with one but I just want to make sure.

it comes with an arm and a nub but they are pretty basic! If you want to rhop a barrel with window I’d get a Madbull red bucking and flat hop it. Then get an omega nub. Or get an open window barrel with a maple leaf 2021 Autobot and masada arm. Those are the configurations I’ve had the best results from. Others should chime in with other good options too!!

You can R-hop a non bridged barrel, but imo they work better on a bridged barrel.
In all honesty, a Maple Leaf 2021 bucking on a bridgeless Da Vinci stainless barrel will probably be the best setup with the least effort.
Idk what you mean by that, but maybe or maybe not.

For arms and nubs, check out the SS-nub in my signature, it's free and obviously my favorite, and the people that make it seem to like it as well.
