What's going on guys just a quick question, i have a Action army Teflon cylinder with the blue 90 degree piston, i recently played a week ago and decided to clean out my gun i noticed when i put my finger over the cylinder head and shoot i don't have good compression, the pressure just exits somewhere else and i don't have that good air seal like i used too, is this due to the o ring just worn out due to the weather? and also i was looking at a laylax 90 degree piston and wonder if that would fit in the AA teflon cylinder (srry if its a bad question i just want to make sure before i make a purchase)

Thanks guys have a good day :)

Try putting teflon tape on cylinder head threads and then use silicon grease on o ring, try stretching o ring on cylinder, put some teflon tape under o ring (on piston head) or try switching o ring for bigger one before you spend your hard earned money on new piston.

I'm using the AA Teflon cylinder, and I noticed that I have to use a #14 o-ring to get a 100% air seal. I was using the blue AA piston, but I switched back to a modified 90 degree TM plastic piston(for the air break) and both need a #14 o-ring to achieve full compression. For some reason the stock o-ring and all the #13 o-rings I have tried all leak like a sieve.

The only issue with using the #14 o-rings is the added friction robs about 30-40 FPS. I also noticed the bolt pull is almost sticky since the #14 is slightly oversized for the cylinder. But in my opinion, having a 110% cylinder air seal is worth it.

Well if you are using airbrake, that can also result in loss of fps, but I do suggest that you chrono your gun for joule and see how much joule do you lose when using bigger O ring. Also as I said try stretching stock o ring or try doing mods that I suggested and see how it goes :)

Then try stretcing your stock o ring and doing mods I've mentioned in my first reply. Also did you chrono your gun for joule instead of fps?
