I've never heard any quiet gas gun.

Pretty much any NBB rigged up with a decent mock suppressor is damn near silent. A lower FPS one is preferable for less noise.

You can get this "SOCOM Gear Gemtech Oasis Airsoft Gas Pistol" for $80 and have extra for mags. It's also NBB and quieter then a blow back pistol. There is also a MK23 clone from Y&P that is NBB, but not as good as the TM MK23.

Go with TM MK23, trust me it justifies the extra $.
Don't buy any of the Maruzen P99 NBB, if they break it's almost impossible to find spares.

There's a clone of the TM MK23 called the Y&P MK23. From what I've read they're pretty much exactly identical, except that the TM mags have this weird mechanism that doesn't let you use propane as much as you'd like, or something to that effect. Other than that, they should be identical. So if you're short on cash, the Y&P MK23 is very nicely priced.
