quietest nonblowback

Anyone know of a super quiet non-blowback for less than $150??

You can get this "SOCOM Gear Gemtech Oasis Airsoft Gas Pistol" for $80 and have extra for mags. It's also NBB and quieter then a blow back pistol. There is also a MK23 clone from Y&P that is NBB, but not as good as the TM MK23.
