random UTG l96 part

Ok, I was disassembling my UTG l96 and this yellow plastic ring thing fell off and idk what it goes to. Does anyone know where this part goes? It is about the same size as the outer barrel in width.

Check if it fits on the hop-up. Is it a full circle or is it more of a half circle? Because if it is a full circle then I don't know.

I have the AGM Type 96, but I'll look and see if I can find what it is anyway. How far did you disassemble it before it fell out?

It is a spacer for the bolt. When the cylinder is in and forward, just slide the ring towards the receiver around the cylinder.

I don't remember having one of these on mine. Is this new?

I don't know, and I don't know anyone else who had one on theirs. I think it is old, because my rifle was something like 5-6 years old before I got it, 4 owners...
