I've been looking for a real wood stock for my M14 ever since I got it last year. However, every website I've been to they have been sold out. I now turn to you all, has any one seen a website recently that has had a wood stock for TM M14s in stock?

To be honest mate, don't bother. They only add a load of weight and they are suppossed to be really easy to break.

I'm not worried about the weight really. However, I have heard about some of them breaking easily. Is that all of them or just a few brands?

Why don't you built you own?

That way you could use a better quality wood! Or try to find some cheap second hand wood stocks from real M14's and modify them!

I found a real wood M14 stock, from teh real steel version on eBay. It's going to be my winter project to mod it for my TM M14. Shouldn't be a huge amount of work. The hardest will be drilling a straight hole into the butt of the stock to run wires. I don't want it too big or it will weaken the stock.
