So still looking at finalizing my weapon choice. I have received some great advise from this site on a DMR platform. Recently rolled the dice and received a FN Cybergun SCAR light from a BOA. In researching saw that SCAR H in RL are used as DMR. Now in air soft not used in Milsim not sure if it matters, light or heavy style.
Doing searches I cannot find information on upgrades that would make a SCAR an accurate long range weapon (70-85 yard ,450 fps). Has anyone made a DMR out of a SCAR? If not probably end up selling it to fund a different gun (sr25 or hk417).
