Your leg placement is really important in prone - as a righty, your left leg should be in line with your body and your right leg should be parallel to your rifle, which is at a 20-30 degree angle from your body.
Also, that kneeling position is terrible, you want your leg farther out, elbow behind the knee.
The offhand position you need to use a fist to support the rifle, stick your hip out and have your elbow on your hip.
In all of these cases, look up the 3 position precision air rifle shooting positions by CMP, those are THE most accurate and precise positions for recoil-less rifles.
