Hello I have a Well MB07 (yes I know its a clone, don't rag me on how I should have gotten a real VSR-10) and I bought it from AirsoftGI(if you must know) and recently bought and uprgraded piston, spring, and spring guide. I took apart the gun and put them in. My first shot was great and I was so excited. I pulled the bolt back and it "clicked" then i tried to push it forward.... It took a lot of force to push it up a little bit. Realizing a slam-fire may come to follow i started to hit the bolt in with the palm of my hand. To my surprise and fingers sake! it did not slam-fire. However this is the same process every time now. I tried taking it a part and lubing everything up and that got me no where. Thanks for helping!

P.S.
I really want to spend no money or little money if possible!
And, If you need more information on ANYTHING feel free to ask!!!!
Also I will take pictures if need be!

Strip the gun and start again.

I'm guessing it's the upgrade parts-
Try the original parts back in the gun and then replace them with the upgrade parts one at a time. When the bolt goes to hell you'll know which part is causing the problem.

There might be 1 or 2 plastic guide rings inside the receiver to centre the cylinder, check to make sure they are seated properly. If they aren't they can twist out of shape and force the cylinder up or down inside the receiver (making it jam).

Someone on here must have one of these guns. I'm surprised there hasn't been more help.
Good luck with it.

I bought the same upgrades for my well MB-05 and I had the same problem. What I did was took it all apart cleaned it again then put it all back together and made sure the trigger assembly was put in extra tight and I never had the problem again. Also if you do try to shoot it and it does that again, try taking out your mag pull the bolt a bit more and you should hear it click and push it in it should go in easier.
I hope this work.

Blackfoot has got it right. I believe I put my input in over at MIA. I am guessing its the piston. TheEnd (MIA user) gave a pretty detailed reason why that might be the case. I suggest replacing the piston with the original one and see if that works. If not, like blackfoot said, put the stock parts back in and make sure it works. Then replace each part one at a time.

Ok I tried that and I found that the problem has to be in the upgraded piston. (however the old one slam fired which is the reason I upgraded in the first place) but here are the two. Stock piston is on the right and upgraded is the shiny one on the left. I will upload the pics of the sears too.

I owned the MB07, and it started slam firing after 300 rounds.

Only recently did I discover why; study the picture in the link below. Notice the silver colored pin that goes through the assembly. It allows the piston sear to pivot in the trigger sear.

When I disassembled my trigger group, I found that the pin had worked it's way out of one side of the piston sear, and was allowing the piston sear to bind off to one side, causing the slam fire issue.

remove your trigger and take it apart to see if indeed you are not suffering the same issue. Although not slam firing with the new piston, yours may be binding and causing your piston to hang against the cylinder wall or slot... worth a shot to check it out.

If you have any trouble getting the trigger back together, we can help.
