Hi all

I've gone ahead and tried to upgrade my JG Bar 10 - with interesting results :(

Fitting an aluminium piston and spring guide along with a m170 spring (I have now ordered an M150 spring to fit into site guidelines).

The spring pull was extremely difficult and quite often slam fired - it eventually ended in this:

I've gone ahead and ordered a steel cylinder which I'm hoping will not break under the spring pull load from an upgraded spring?

Can anyone tell me what order the bearings in this picture go onto the spring guide?

It looks to me like the bolt handle assembly is holding the cylinder back during firing. So the piston is driving the cylinder forward, stretching out the metal around the pin holding the back plug on the cylinder.

The face of the cylinder head, around the nozzle, should rest against the hop chamber.
Not sure I understand what you mean. How could the bolt handle keep the cylinder back? The cylinder stays stationary surely?
