Yes I was also impressed by it's size!
It's pretty windy here so I can't test it!
The trigger group is similar but the cylinder is much smaller in diameter.

What kind of range are you expecting out of it?

Don't know it's fairly easy to cock it and it has a piece of paper in the box that says "300fps".

I've showed the parts to a friend machinist and he can't copy it! It's difficult to copy the small silver piece

and the internal part of the handle( has a design similar to the silver piece)

I'll go and ask one guy I know tomorrow. He's the best machinist of the region.

That sucks man. Can you at least put the bolt from the pistol into the rifle, or is one shorter/longer than the other? Good luck getting one copied!

No it fit's perfectly!
At least the M40 is operational but I can't see the accuracy cause it's pretty windy these days.
If it's decent enough, I'll take it to the game this Sunday.

But I'd love to have both in wroking order(M40-XP100)!

That's great, at least you can swap each out if needed. I know what you mean though, it would be a lot easier just to have both functional. Hopefully she's pretty accurate. I've heard that the internals are pretty durable.

Yes... At least that what it seems.
The M40 has everything upgraded with steel parts the XP100 is stock.
The handle is the worst I've seen. It can move up/ down even when on battery!
Everything is rock solid except the bolt handle!

That's how my old CA M24's bolt handle was since the bearings were all missing when I got it. It just bounced around everywhere; pretty annoying.
