hi guys, this is my review of the hi capa especial edition:
The gun is made of lightweight aluminum with a kind of matte black anodizing, although some parts are made of zinc alloy. It has an aluminum compensator to hide its internal barrel. Its internal barrel is really long, like 175mm and it is blackened, something that I must point out is that the outer barrel is fixed to the hopup chamber, so it does not have that gap between the two, and the hop wheel is metal. The slide has little play with the frame but it is fine for me, the nozzle moves freely and inside it has an aluminum piston head. the frame is made of lightweight aluminum too, and what surprised me is that all the shiny silver parts are made of stainless steel, just like the inlet gas valve in the magazine. the trigger is semi light and short. the grip is made of hard polymer and to separate it from the frame you have to unscrew the two screws of the handle, plus the small one that holds below the hopup chamber (it disassembles like the real steel).
as performance with 5 second of charge can empty 2 magazines of 30 bbs. the blowback is very loud and harsh, making it a lot of fun.
I think it is a very good replica, and we will see how long it can last when using only green gas since the manufacturer assures that it can use co2 magazines

Update: the internals that I have mention before that was made of stainless steel, they are not, they are made of alloy plated with some kind of magnetic thing, :(

I didn't realise that in the photo it doesn't show well, but the "shiny silver parts" on the hammer assembly are the sear, the disconnector and the valve knocker, they are made of steel

Looks like a cool pistol, I'm curious to see how it lasts.

Also, if you can do it, I'd replace the bucking with a Nineball purple or similar bucking, and try using some .32g-.43g BBs in it.
It should give really good range and would be nearly primary worthy.

Yea!, I have been asking like crazy about the SRC hi capas on youtube and they are using about months and they have no issues, only a couple of things about the mags But nothing more. And....I'm kind hard to try any upgrades for now, I dont know why but every time I try to do something on my guns...something went wrong and it's all problems arround it XD, maybe some day I will try to use the maple leaf decepticon that I have stored somewhere

Update:
The gun it's on good conditions, nothing wrong with it, shoots well, hard, and far. good accuracy and I realise that the hopup bucking has a shape like the X-range Modify bucking
I'm very pleased with my SRC hi capa, totally recommended
