I've watching new replica to add at my collection when I was finally sure to buy the famous SRS A2 covert 16" until I've discovered this "new" replica: the steyer Scout made from modify with ASG. I've done some research about it and some people say that is better than the srs: out of the box come with airbrake and an enlarged cylinder so.... whatdo you think is really better than SRS.

I play in Italy and until now I've played as sniper with my striker AS02 with I reach 75meters with 0.40g bbs always staying under 1j of power: I want to reach high distance so for this I start watching for an SRS but now the question is if will be better the steyr scout... or maybe other replica.

People seems to have a tendency to think SRS performs miracles...
They don't. They are bullpups which allow a longer barrel. A SRS with same inner barrel length (303mm, SRS short and VSR G-spec) and spring as a VSR will shoot weaker because the larger piston area makes it more difficult to accelerate. But a SRS with same length as a VSR will shoot faster because the inner barrel would be longer, giving the illusion that the gun is better.

APS2 is a gun made by Maruzen, once a popular sniper upgrade base it has now fallen out of favor. Like half of the L96s you see are probably APS2(the good ones) AA well as the SSG24/Modify M24 that were very popular at a time.
The Scout also made by Modify is an improved version of the APS2 platform with generally everything being better, as the old APS2 guns were known for hard bolt pulls in order to achieve a reasonable power.

For you using the Scout if you buy it, I recommend that you simply add a cylinder guide sleeve if possible, shim the hop arm if possible, use an R-hop (I think the standard bucking is actually very good), add some barrel spacers, and lap the barrel if it's not aluminum. If you do all or most of that it should squeeze out the last bit of performance and get you at least 60m kills consistently.
One last thing to mention is nozzle length as that is super important, but once you file it down you can't add back material.
Essentially, you want your BB to be .5-1mm onto the hop patch.

Yeah, which does make me doubt it a little bit, but it seems to be doing very well.
He did say it was his favorite sniper from his collection (might have been Camman) even over the SSGs that he probably is paid to talk about, so it could be very good.
Knowing Modify, it is likely the best sniper available though.

Too bad there isn't an S2 stock for it, that would probably be the best sniper in about every way if that happened.

Accuracy wise most snipers are the same, that is if they're totally tricked out.
Out of the box I think that the Scout will be better, as well as being more comfortable and easy to use.
Both are cool though, but one is obviously cooler.....
I have a Scout and love it! it is on the heavier side but it is built very solid, if you want to consistenly reach 200+ feet just install the Hnub and a 150-170 spring depending on field joule regulations.
