I'd go with shootercity. Have a better paying system it seems. Just make sure they pay with paypal or the like. It might actually be US based. I have never don buisness with either of these websites.

Got a qoute from both company the cheapest was evike, by about 10 bucks, shooter was 120 after ship, and tokyo was 118, evike was 108. Hope this helps anyone.
