The hop up chamber itself is rather different than the normal M700 style, but the Tanaka type bucking is the same. The only replacements for this would be the G&G rubber kit.
There was once an upgraded chamber and bucking from Best Gun, but those have been discontinued years ago. Best thing to do is not even get your hopes up on finding.
