I'll soon be getting a KJW M700, my plans are to get a wood stock and maybe a tightbore with a suppressor. I'm a big fan of gas rifles because of the realism, but as Spartan said. I too live in Michigan, which makes it extremely cold. However in the summertime, a gas rifle will be my friend.

I'll be sure to do that, I'm trading it, and it'll be 3rd hand use from this one (Original owner was Livonia, not sure if he shot it at all, but it was then traded to Trooper, who put numerous rounds through it, and finally it'll go to me)

When I get it I'll see how hot it's shooting, I know Skypilot knows how to do a mod to make it shoot in the 550-600 mark, so I'll probably ask him to do that.

Mosin. I didn't know you wanted a KJW M700. damn.. I would have sold you mine.

Before you purchase it. You should check it out. If I'm correct in thinking this is the person that bought it from Livionia (i could be wrong and maybe thinking of someone else), he didn't know how to clean it.

Nah.. I'm pretty sure Trooper knows his stuff, also. I'm interested in the full stock version, not the takedown. But I'll be sure to check it out. Also Kizitiso, I'm on Team RAGE, and that is the team hosting the event.. So needless to say, I'll be there.

If you do get one can you make a review?
A simple Google search provided a couple of reviews:

Neither of these are Tanaka but they're the same/similar body style so you can still do the same things to your gun:

My current M24, this gives you an idea of what your gun would look like painted:

This is a custom rail I threw on, just a dremelled G36C side rail:

My old KJW M700 and ghillie suit:

Another thing that I'll be doing pretty soon is getting a Kydex cheek rest, you might want to look into those if you want that custom look coupled with a more shooter-tuned shooting platform.

Take a look:

those are sick.. is it a classic army m24 then? I would probably give it more of a woodland camo paint job though.. and where could I get a cheek rest?? and nice idea with the rail.. i think i might need to try that if you dont mind me copying you haha..

The Karstens Kydex Cheek Rests with are available here:

You most likely know about these but there are also cheek rests out there that you simply tie around your stock. Check out Tex's rifle, he rocks one.

Yeah that's my CA M24. It's currently getting a makeover both inside and out. I don't mind if you do this to your rifle, it's your choice man. But I do have one thing planned that I'd rather not share with you yet
