Hello,

As i have a a&k dragunov svd and i would like to have it more accurate at long range, i would like to put a tightbore barrel in it and an other hop up bucking.

My question is the following : What is better for this spring sniper ?

- Guarder 6.02 , 650mm
- MadBull 6.03 , 650mm

I use flashballs 0.30gr (5,95 +- 0,01mm)
As i would put an other barrel in it and the fps would increase , i'd put an other spring also.
A M130 would be good i guess ?? Just to be at the 450fps again.

Firstly, go make a intro post.
The 6.03 gives slightly better range and accuracy whereas 6.02 a ~5 fps more, .03 all the way.

So is and Madbuls!!
Invest in something with more quality and choose barrel at 6.03mm as these give slightly better accuracy at longer ranges.

Hey now I really like my madbulls..... you just need to make sure that you get the version 2.

But you are going to need a good quality barrel either way.

Hey wolf, if madbulls are so bad why can I get a4 page groupings (well actually about half a page) at 150ft not bother. mMind you, with a one joule gun.

Yeah, Madbulls are good if you pay attention to the version you're getting. I have one in my ASR, but the 509 Prommy in my SL9 is amazing.

I've used 650mm V2 .... This used to be in the Barrett and I've used in the RS SVD, they [email protected] IMO. They are worst than the stock RS barrel!!
So far I haven't heard anything good about them so far.

I agree with bob, I have a prommy in my ASR and it has yielded good results for me.

Reading reviews and stuff it is only ever an improvement. Have you noticed the one that you tried out was a really long, AEG one. Maybe that's got something to do with it?

The stock RS barrel is 690mm!! So I put in a shorter one and it was worst.
A couple of friends tried them in their M4's and also said bad things about them.

Sorry, I wasn't clear, I meant as in being longer it is easier to take damage, i.e. get bent.

The barrel was in the Barrett,I bought the gun brand new and I've skirmished with it 3 times, it's impossible to have damage the inner barrel and not the outer!
I checked it before I install it in the RS and it looked OK.

Madbulls are of an acceptable quality, atleast from the places I peruse. The general consensus is that you won't notice an appreciable difference between a madbull and a prommy.

At 200ft I am hitting a piece of a4 paper about every time(been having bb issues as of late).

Now the 6.23 magnus. Someone needs to investigate that thing.

I don't know why everyone is still complaining about the v1's I have never seen one for sale in the past year.
