Good job, but I think the order for who to shoot should be changed a bit.
1. Enemy Snipers/Counter-snipers
2. Heavy Weapons (SAW, RPG, etc. - even if it's just a guy laying on his auto)
3. VIP (officers, etc.)
4. Infantry
