[Blind Sniper]

Hey I got my Vsr-ONE in, working on a full video. Figured I’d post here with some random facts about it. It’s a really neat, light gun. BUT it’s on the cheaper side in terms of quality. Stock is somewhat durable, but I doubt it’s as strong as an og Marui Vsr. This replica cost me $280 shipped from SSAirsoft.

Has low output, expected since it seems to be “cqb” based. Light spring, short barrel, was like 260fps with a .20.


I wanted it for the stock. It’s a clamshell, little disappointed that the side mlok panels are plastic and part of the plastic halves. The bottom mlok panels are metal though. But a Maple Leaf S2 stock is WAY better quality.

Also disappointed that the rear of the stock does NOT have milspec buffer threads. Didn’t have my hopes super high though. Folding stock is actually sturdy af. Pic below is the folding mechanism in one shell half of the stock

I can’t remember any other major highlights off the top of my head. Everything else is standard Marui Vsr. Trigger and sears are the same old 45° junk, pot metal split hop chamber etc…

Looking forward to dropping in a sweet Bolt build though!! All in all, worth it for the build I want to do. Out of the box, it’s meh unless you like the stock like me. But the S2 is very similar, better quality and easier to adapt to buffer.

Hey @Wolfgeorge I did shoot it, it’s pretty trash out of the box. Low power, hop all the way up, barely hitting a tree at 150 feet with .32s lol. I’m not surprised though because most vsrs out of the box have weak performance. Guess they stuck with tradition lol. I plan to get a masada one piece receiver, put a wolverine bolt in that, and then drop that into the vsr-one body!!

Classic TM. It's more expensive than buying a Cyma VSR-10 and a Maple Leaf MLC S-2 (prices may depend on location etc.).

I was mentioning this rifle to a guy that plays out our site.
He has his issues with his hand so weight bearing is a problem.
What’s the weight like compared to other guns you’ve tried?

He’s forced to sell his SRS and other guns unfortunately but he loves sniping and I thought this could be the answer (or the SSG10A3)

@FatAndy it weights ~4.5 lbs. Very light! All standard vsrs don’t weigh much, but given the features, aesthetics and size; this is a decent package for a light weight gun.

How did you get the two halves of the stock apart?
The front part where the hop-up sits, it seems i can't get apart? I asume it's the small Philips-head screws, on each side inside in the front part? How do I get to them..?
