I have have an ssg10. I recently ordered and received an m170 spring not realizing that with .46 bbs the j would be wayyyy over my local field limits of 2.81 can I just cut off a ring or two to bring it down to an M150?
Thanks for getting back to me. What I ended up doing is cutting it short. I heated up the spring to flatten it and cleaned up the sharp edges. I ended up having to use a couple of GPS springs but I got it just under the 2.8 j limit.
