Hello, I just have a few questions for you guys. First for the G-spec owners would you say that you get as much range and accuracy as the standard 430mm barrel. Know lenght dosen't mke that much a difference just curious. For the Pro model owners, was it easy to remove the sights that come on it. Also 2Echo if you read this what model is your gun cause I like the flashhider.

I don't own a VSR but I know they are the sniper rifle with the most parts available for it. Also the 430mm barrel would be the best length for a VSR IMO. Nothing over 480 IMO.
The stock cylinder really only supports about a 425-450 mm barrel in that at about that size there is nothing pushing the BB by the time it exits with a 6.01. Not good not bad, it depends on who you ask.

I got basically the same results with 330m ad I did 500 mm at 75n feet. At longer ranges the longer one may have helped, not sure.

Good luck!
I've had both, Range is rather close either way. All comes down to which one you like the looks of better!

Also, If you drill out the end cap of the G-spec, you can run a 430 mm through it.

You'll be happy with either choice.
I think i'll get the G-spec thanks guys. One last question. do you guys recomend I stay with the 330mm length or should I get a longer one.

G-spec is 303mm, Pro sniper is 430mm.

I don't really notice the difference in terms of performance, but I like being able to take the silencer off and use the G-spec stubby. 303mm for me!

Same here. It just looks... Awesome.

Drilling the end cap takes all of 30 seconds, just make sure the hole is straight.

One last question before I make my purchase. Is the front sight removable on the pro version?

Si!

(Translation: Yes!)
How on this earth do you remove the stock sights... >.>
woot 5 year necro >:D
Good job necro posting a thread that is almost five years old

EDIT: Darn Ghost beat me to it :hehe:

Anyway, you can screw the rear sight off. The front sight can simply be pried off AFAIK. I never installed mine anyway :hehe:
Question may be still be current. I had chance to test two brand new TM VSR-10 snipers (G-Spec and Pro). It would be too long to write here, you can see the comparison test here: Tokyo Marui VSR-10 Pro vs G-Spec
Accuracy, sound, specifications etc.
the op hasn't posted in this group since 2012. i think this is well over dead.
