Tokyo Marui Glock 17 vs VFC UMAREX new user advice

Currently have a Wingun 38 CO2 Cannister air soft pistol which is not much more than a toy. Very inaccurate and low powered. The CO2 cannisters seem to deplete (leak) pretty quickly also after a month or two.

I was recommended a Tokyo Marui and see they are refilled with a gas can rather than a CO2 soda cannister. Was wondering does anyone have any experience with these? How many shots out of one refill do you get out of the TM?
Are they more powerful than CO2 guns? And what BBs would you get for maximum hit power or hit power / range ratio?
I have used plastic / Glass and steel pellets in the past.

I also came across the Umarex VFC Glock Gen 4 (made in Taiwan) for about 20% cheaper (I live in Thailand) and they seem to be also well regarded. Normally I would say Japan vs Taiwan and no brainer but thought I would come and ask the question. What is the comparison between the two re power, accuracy, reliability etc. Not really that keen on the VFC CO2 cannisters. What is the preferred gas delivery Soda cannisters or Gas refill?

Any advice appreciated

i have a G45 and a 19x (VFC). I have both the CO2 mags as well as the Green Gas mags. i have not had any issues with these guns in the 1.5 yrs of play. keep them clean, lightly lubricated, and let them eat.

i started off with co2, but have switched to using the green gas mags only b/c i would seem to run out (co2) when needed most (could get about 3.5 mags/12g). trying to remember how many mags i think i shot last or thinking I am almost out and load new cannister and be almost full.

i still use them for colder weather play bit just easy to top off the mag when reloading with the gas mags .

on both, i am shooting about 330FPS, with minimal hop, and can easily reach out to 45-60' when I am in the MED range of 40' for a DMR on home field.

Thanks bro, forgive my ignorance but by a green gas or green gas mag do you mean you use a refillable magazine you fill up with a gas can as opposed to CO2 soda bottles?
answer question, yes.

Green Gas solid . co2, cutout.

both these are considered full GBB pistols. just b/c I have done it, does not mean you should, but I have used both with co2 mags.
