I've been using an L96 for years, and even I still can't remember the differences between the different MB-XX styles.

If you aren't sure which type of trigger you have, the first step is to break your rifle down and get a good look at the current trigger assembly. From there, look around for L96 trigger assemblies. For reference, my rifle once had a metal trigger assembly that looked a lot like this -->MB01 MB05 Type96 AW338 Trigger Assembly for UTG TSD Shadow Op & Comp. Airsoft Sniper Rifles | Evike.com

And don't forget to create an introduction post! It's nice to know a bit more about everyone on the forum, especially if you'll be sticking around

This trigger is all you need. I own a mb08 and I've been shooting over 500 fps for a long time with that trigger, no problems whatsoever. It's the same as the stock trigger but with a metal housing, so even if the sears or something get damaged you can just replace it with your stock components.

You can buy more expensive triggers that willl give you lighter trigger pull and what not, but for 30 bucks you can't beat this one. (btw, I replaced a spring inside mine and lightened the pull a bit)
