I signed it. If we can get Australia to make it legal it means that there is less chance of other countries outlawing it.

A couple of years (may be 3 years) ago I had an Australian come over and join our 5 man unit at the Nationals.

Thanks for that 1tonne! The sooner it's legal the sooner I can start building my guns and play! Trying our hardest to get our firearm laws revised as airsoft wasn't even around when these laws were introduced.

Since there is no trace of airsoft in Australia currently, they have the rare opportunity to pick and choose the best regulations and policies from across the globe. Assuming that the government doesn't mess things up too much, Australia's airsofting scene could easily become a major social and economic asset.

And just imagine all the *pewpew* you could do in the outback! Tactical Kangaroo memes will abound.
