UK Arms M24??

I have narrowed down my choices for the two sniper rifles I like the most. An A&K Dragunov SVD or a UK Arms M24 http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_48&products_id=33836 I've heard alot about the SVD, but nothing about the M24. Does anyone know anything about the M24? For example is it good quality, accurate, powerful? Any help would be great.

My friend got one yesterday so we went out back to test fire it. First of all, this is probably a mistake, the box didn't come with the hard ware to put it together. Second of all, after test firing it while holding it together, the rifle had about a 1 1/2 foot spread at 25 yards. I highly suggest not getting it. The SVD is probably your best bet.
