If you're looking for stock quality, you're definitely better off with the M24, but if you like the L96 design then there's no reason why you couldn't get a Maruzen or Well L96. If you'll end up getting upgrades for most of the stock parts, I would look at some other brands.

I'm looking for accuracy and range If they are the same or little difference I'm gonna pick the m24

If you like the M24 better, then get it. Ultimately, range and accuracy is limited by physics more than what type of gun you choose once you tune it to maximum performance. I also encourage you to look around on the forum and find some reviews of guns you're looking at. Getting the most expensive gun you can find is not always the best option, although it has its advantages.
What you do with your gun when you have it is more important than which gun you choose. If they all get full PDI upgrades, then the base gun honestly doesn't matter as long as it's durable and comfortable enough for you.

Any sniper rifle needs upgrades to be efficient. What platform/gun you choose is irrelevant, unless there are no upgrades for that platform available.

A quick search goes a long way....

Identify your rifle
