hey i was thinking of buying this upgrade along with the utg l96 http://www.trinityairsoft.com/p-1644-utg-shadow-ops-upgrade-kit.aspx and i was wondering if i would need to upgrade the trigger as well?
The utg l96 has been known to make a very good upgrade platform, but you would be better off buying higher quality parts. Talk to fuzzywolly or just go through the stickies and you'll find what you need to. Also be sure to create a intro post before people get on you.oldgreggtwo said:hey i was thinking of buying this upgrade along with the utg l96 http://www.trinityairsoft.com/p-1644-utg-shadow-ops-upgrade-kit.aspx and i was wondering if i would need to upgrade the trigger as well?
Firstly make an intro. I have this kit and I would say that you should really upgrade the trigger. Especially if you want the gun to last. It is a surprisingly good kit. To behonest though for just a little more I would go over to xfire airsoft and buy a piston and metal spring guode there. I would also keep the spring that comes with the gun.that way you have better internals and you dont have to upgrade the gun's trigger yet.oldgreggtwo said:hey i was thinking of buying this upgrade along with the utg l96 http://www.trinityairsoft.com/p-1644-utg-shadow-ops-upgrade-kit.aspx and i was wondering if i would need to upgrade the trigger as well?

It may seem like a very cheap upgrade except trust me, I have it, and it is a very nice trigger upgrade for hardly any cash![]()
Zero triggers are built for high velocity set ups/durability. I have a feeling this box will not hold up for a long time, depending what kind of power upgrades you have in there.aydonmill said:I was so happy I didn't blow mymmoney on a Zero Trigger.
