Greetings and Salutations!
My name is Brian Dombroski, buy everyone calls me, "Vez." I have never played airsoft, but have been a long time fan. I grew up in the 80s playing "Army" and Lazer Tag; paintball isn't for me. After watching copious videos and reading quite a bit on the InterWebs, I decided to build a sniper rifle from parts. I know, I know...BUT, even when we were playing Army and made the shooting noises with our voices, I was the only kid using a sniper rifle (along with one of the first airsoft guns and plastic knife pictured in the back-left of the picture.). I understand it isn't the optimal progression to get into airsoft, but it's the one I want. I have only to receive the piston cup (on its way) and I can start testing different configurations to maximize it for our local rules. I feel like a little kid.
I play a lot of disc golf with my wife and friends and live near the Bear Creek Ski Resort (close to Allentown.)
Thank you for this forum. I've already benefited from being a member.
Cheers,
Vez
