Hey so I’m looking for some to just give me a list of what they think the best upgrades are for a CYMA vsr like what parts from what brand, preferably that work together without modifying them
Thanks!

Nov cylinder
Masada piston and cylinder head from Etsy
Rapax spring from Rapax.com
Action Army or TTI red hop chamber
Maple Leaf 2021 70* Autobot bucking
Lambda or Action Army 6.01X350-440mm barrel
Homemade painters tape barrel spacers

I suggest you take a look at the lapping tutorial down in my signature and try doing that to your stock barrel, and maybe you won't even need to get another barrel(which you should lap anyways).

Do cymas have 90deg trigs?
i don’t even know what the degree measurements mean i was hoping someone could explain it for me

Throw in Masadas arm here for a solid unmodified experience and you're killing it.
Masada arm or my nub are good addons, but the TTI chamber doesn't need any nubs I'm pretty sure, so I didn't list it so things wouldn't be confusing

Check out sniper mechanic's write up on 45vs90.
Long story short, if you plan on going above 1.8Joules, a sturdy 90deg setup is a must for durability and ease of use.
You need both a 90deg trigger unit and a matching 90deg piston. Hence my question as I see the mention for masada's 90deg piston but no 90deg trigger.
So I have a general parts list put together but i wanted to get some feedback before i purchase the parts

I decided to not do anything with hopup or triggers right now since i still don’t fully understand how they work in a VSR

Looks solid, you'll a spring though. Novritsch should work fine.

What trigger do you have right now?
If you don't have a 90° you may want to get one. The one Novritsch sells is only compatible with his receiver, but to get his receiver and trigger is cheaper than buying any other trigger of similar quality.
Just FYI to use my piston you need a 90 degree trigger. @SiliconeSword suggestion to use Nov trigger and receiver is a good one.

@SiliconeSword Im not sure what type of trigger it is because the vsr hasn’t arrived yet and even so i’m not sure how to tell but probably 45 since it is a oem cyma trigger

Also i made an alternative list that may be cheaper since i’m solely running of money from the other two guns i’m going to sell

Do take into account that shipping from AirsoftPro is crazy. I wanted their VSR receiver a couple years ago, and didn't end up getting it because shipping was $50. Could be different now, but go halfway through checkout and be sure to factor that in.

yeah it’s roughly 250 after everything so i think that might be my best course of action

Or get the EMG barret fieldcraft 90deg trigger with your first parts list. Should save you $60-$70.
I am not sure how "drop-in" it is as I do not have any personal experience with them, but I know there are a couple people using them to great success in budget builds.
If you are in europe, shiping from Airsoft Pro is 20e, and vsr springs don't fit in novritch cylinders because novritch spring guide is huge as hell. My friend bough vsr m170 spring and it didint even fit on the spring guide. Because of that i think that novritch cylinders are bigger than vsr to (not sure) and might not fit in your vsr. But the Airsoft Pro cylinder u added to shoping cart is great i have it with m170 spring, pull is smooth and perfect, fits very well to.
Does anyone know if the ssg10 outer barrel is compatible with a stock cyma vsr10 inner barrel and threads
