Hey guys, just wondering which rifle is better? Are there any actual differances between the vsr 10 pro and the g-spec (other than barrel length of course

) ?? is the pro more accurate because of the barfrel length or is there no differance and its just what you prefer? :-/

Secondly best make an intro post before the mods have a subtle word in your ear

To answer your question.... there isn't any great differences between the 2, the accuracy from the pro will be alittle better out of the box, thats about it.

What you will find is that if you start to upgrade it it will be harder to gain the same fps levels from a shorter barrel than you will from a longer one..... the answer to that is do what I did to my Gspec and drill out the front and run a longer barrel into the silencer, after that you'll basicaly have a pro in a Gspec body.... simples!!

Theres other differences but they are mostly cosmetic rather than performance related

i think i might just go for the vsr pro then and then possiblly add the silencer off my Cheytac and buy a new one for it

If you get g-spec, dont upgrade it over m150 (fps raises very little or it might even lower) unless you get a longer barrel and put it inside the silencer.
Ps: i recommend pdi short stroke cylinder head because it has almost no effect on g-spec AFAIK.
