hello!
i did bench test yesterday whit my MB06 and bbs were curving like shown on picture. i did a lot of mods: tdc, new hopup arm that has no play at all and it has straight nub and g hop(out of hopup bucking). compresion is almost perfect i think. only thing that might be the problem is that I haven't install barrel spacers, but i think those has nothing to do with curving.
what do you guys think?

Not patronizing but did you clean your barrel? what weight and brand bbs are you using and what brand and bore barrel?

You may have a slight curve in the inner barrel or the G-Hop is not as flat as it should be. Check the G-hop by taking out the hopup, turning the hopup on fully and see if the nub comes down evenly. Also, if you make Barrel spacers this may help straighten out your barrel if it does have a curve in it.

Also the MB06 is not a VSR10. You posted this in the VSR section.

Yes i cleaned and polished it. I am using guarder .43 bbs. Barrel is original one but in the past i was shooting laser straight on 200ft with that same barrel. When i look trough the barrel nub seems perfectly flat and horizontal.

"In the past" were you using the same bbs? And did you have the same hop up set up?

No i was using King Arms and P&J both .43g and i had j hop (homemade patch made of silicone sealant)

Hmmmm ok so the curve is consistent? This makes me think is not the bbs and it is in fact your new hop up set up, as it is the only new variable that has a consistent effect.

today i also did the bench test and the rifle performed much better. shoots were almost laser straight. i installed barrel spacers made out of electrical tape and repositioned g hop patch. now i am waiting for silicone tube to arrive and i also have to do TDC mod but for tommorw's fight it will be ok.

i will probably just stick a pice of metal between outer barrel and inner barrel. is it ok to have the last barrel spacer 1/3 of inner barrel's lenght from the end of the outer barrel? i will report how it will preform. any other great mods to do for best accuracy?

We had pretty windy day today. Rifle was shooting ok but not as well as yesterday. G hop patch got out of position so bbs were curving so i was dissapointed because i expected laser straight shoots. I really have to get that silicone tube so r hop patch will sit right in the hopup window.

I run a shim on the hop up arm to prevent uneven pressure onto the bucking. I found that when I would fiddle with the hop up, I would get a few laser straight shots then it would go back to curving. Once I put the shim in, it kept the hop up arm from popping out the slightest bit and causing uneven pressure on the bucking/curving.

Cheeseman used to make these shims, but you can make them yourself quite easily.

Same here when i turn the hopup off and shoot few times and then turn it back on, first 5 shoots are straight but then it starts to curve. I have homemade hopup arm that is so tight on the pin and in the chamber that it is impossible to rattle around.
