Hello, I have a well mb03 and I'm trying to put a steel cylinder and spring guide in it. I have an upgraded 45 degree sear kit and the piston is for a 45 degree sear. I've used multiple springs and everytime I pull the bolt, it catches but won't rack forward without extreme force, it won't completely rack forward unless I pull the trigger. My stock piston and string guide work just fine.
pls help cant figure this out...

It's because of the 45 degree system. It pushes the piston upward that gave the cylinder great friction, making your forward push incredibly hard. Try to get one of those adjustable height stopper or change your system to 90 degree entirely

Ok that makes sense, I might have to look into a 90 degree trigger assembly, but I am curious about the height stopper, what is that?

Adjustable height is something like this one :

I believe Maple Leaf trigger set has it too.

About the guy in the video you linked, if you listen closely you can hear that there's quite the friction when he push the bolt back. He might be putting a lot of silicone oil to help him in the demonstration, but the push will only gets tougher afterward.

Your plastic piston works fine because it is plastic, it has lower friction on the metal cylinder. After few more bolt racks you should notice the part where the plastic piston catch touched the cylinder starts to wear.
