Hello everyone
I'm new to this forum and would love to get into airsoft sniping! But there is one problem...I do not know what gun to get. I am looking for a good sniper for around $200 and has a high FPS. I would also like to add some upgrades in the future. Scope and bipod are not necassary but would be nice. What are your opinions?:shrug:

The JG VSR Bar 10 is a great cheap sniper. I've seen it around for about $120-140, and stock, it's pretty damn good. It's easily upgradeable, and there are many mods you can do on your own to improve it. Cheeseman can hook you up with a "pimped out" one that will dominate, but it'll cost more. There's an article about which L96 clones are good somewhere on here as well.

Yes it does, upgrade parts for l96 works in it, pss96 laylax parts are made for it.

Mb05 etc are made by well. The bad thing about them is that some of their rifles have few parts that aren't combatible with other brands/upgrade parts.
