What's the differrence!?

I want a new hopup chamber for my KJW M700. Evike carries 2 different brands. Besides the $40 difference and the external threading (though I don't know what that's for either), what's the difference between the two? Here's the links...

I went ahead and ordered the $65 part only to find it does not fit. There is an extra lip on it that prevents it from entering the gun's outer barrel. The cheaper one does not appear to have this lip.

OK, upon FURTHER inspection, the $65 part is what you need for the chamber conversion, which is always out of stock (grrr...). So, ya. Lesson learned.
