Where Can I Find This Scope Mount?

You could do it like Vavann56 and use 2 low scope rings and put them upside down on your scope. Then attach rail onto them and camera on the rail.

That looks like the G&P scope mount. You usually see it with the Mk4 replica scope.

Just an update, found one on eHobbyasia for about $70. Pretty decent price for what I am looking for, especially if it is a rock solid mount. To be more specific, it is called the G&P Knight's Type Sniper Version Mount, for anyone else that may be interested in it.
