"Where can I get item X?" questions

I didn't find a topic in the gear section on these types of questions so I decided to make one.
I'll go first
Does anyone know where to get side plate carriers for IBA in CB color? I have been searching for them a long time but all I've found are plates in UCP-camo. Actually I'm not even sure if its possible to get those in CB :D.

By IBA I mean Interceptor body armor. Hmm the side plate upgrade looks interesting, thanks a LOT! :)

Edit: If im right, delivery to finland would cost me 49dollars :S I'll have to try and find an european shop that has these plates..
