If you want non-locals to trust you with tech work, you would need to provide proof that you are qualified for it. More so than what a local would require. A local can confront you in person about an issue. Doing business over the internet, phone, or email requires far more trust, because we no longer have immediate access to you or our equipment.
Take for example Careful. He has posted numerous projects on this forum. All of us have seen pictures and videos of his work. It is clear that he knows exactly what he is doing, and he has been doing it for some time (He assisted MarineSGT several years ago). I would have no problem shipping my expensive rifles to him for work.
If you can prove to us that you are more than just a weekend tech and that your work is far superior to anything we can do ourselves (like Careful's projects), then we will perhaps trust you. Otherwise, I would rather perform my own upgrades or take my items in to the local shop.
So in short, no. Prove yourself first.
