Hey all, I was just wondering. Why did you pick the M24 over a VSR, BAR, or Type 96? I've already got my own, but I was just wondering what your guys' reasoning was.

BAR10..... love the M700 style rifles
L96..... been my dream rifle for years
KJ & Tanaka.... wanted to try gas

I got mine because I'm a fan of US weapons. Also I was able get my M24 for a great price that I couldn't pass it up. I really wanted a project gun and the CA M24 fit the bill perfectly.

I went the the CA M24 because I wanted a sturdy US based Spring Rifle.

King Arms Dragunov --- Cause I needed a Soviet Impression

I got mine for several reasons:

I have a fetish for M24's

It feels more solid than any VSR or BAR that I've held
It'll be my first legit (not JG, Echo 1, etc) gun
Looks amazing
I love working on guns. It fits.

Oh yeah, and they look totally sick in any color.

I was in need of M24 but Batteries are really essential part so just preferred AirSoft Rifles , have a look at the all-battery.com deal offered by Tenergy.

Any way, thought I'd bring some usefulness to the thread.

I chose the M24 because of its weight, its performance (once every part is replaced...) And just because not everyone has a M24! (well, echo1 kinda messed that up...) But the CA m24 is a great weapon you will love in the long run and it may even end up loving you.
