Yes to the barrel, As for the rail system it should but I've never tried it so I'm not 100%.

If anybody knows that the RIS will work be sure to let me know.

I don't see why It shouldn't, the rail system is free float and the rifle has a regular D-ring. I believe you have to unscrew the barrel nut from the free float system, put your inter barrel in your reciever (with the nut over top of your barrel) and screw it all in.
