Woogie, as far as I know the ARES version has been out for a while and is in 6mm. You're thinking of the Socom Gear version.

If you had been a year or two quicker Asahi was still in business... Up until a year or two ago they had a website with ordering and everything. Cost about $2000 for an L96 or Blaser as I recall.

No, they just made dressed up APS2s. Not sure if they're still in business.
