Would you change anything in this setup for 450ish fps(by change I mean barrel diameter/length, bucking, other mods). Prommy purple bucking(no mound removal), prommy 6.03 509mm barrel, white h-nub (glued down), shimmed hopup, barrel spacers. Also I do not know of a good metal g36 hopup unit in the states, what bb's (weight/brand) would you guys use. I am going for the best accuracy possible within the fps limits and reasonable price (no $120 barrels and such).

Shave the bucking mound and go buy a TM G36 hop up. That and buy good sniper quality BBs.
This thread is a little confusing as I am confused as to what you are referring to by "this set up". However, as far as a G36 hop up unit goes I can say this: that the stock TM plastic hop up unit is just fine for a DMR set up. I used one in my G36c DMR for a while and just moved the whole thing over to my SL9. I paired it with a guarder bucking and it

Well this is my planned setup and I want to know if there is anything you would change, and a tm hopup sounds best because its tm and the way the g36 hopup is designed plastic wont really matter. Because of this I may keep the stock one, but when i have shaved the bucking mound and rib and turned it 45degrees it ripped really quick. Anyway to prevent it.

What I mean is that after a days worth of firing it ripped.
Personally, I would go with a Guarder hard bucking (there really isn't a whole lot of a bump in there if you did want to shave it down) and a metal nub in the hop up unit. If you really really really really want, you can try to go with a G or R hop, but thatll take some time and work.

Not 100 percent sure what those are, and I do not think I would do it if to complicated or unstable. Also I use a plastic white h-nub and remove the bucking rib and turn 45 degrees. I will retest this because the way the bucking ripped I do not think it affected the accuracy (because it seemed to cut the edges of the bucking from the h-nub being pushed into the barrel.
