I know it is a long shoot (<--reference lame puns). But if anyone has one laying around or maybe even know of a shop that has had one sitting in stock for a while please let me know.

Thanks I will check them out. As far as my local area store that is a no go as well. I have checked about 15 major online retailers and so far no success. My hope now is that someone might have one they no longer use or has seen one in a shop that might have just been sitting in stock for a while.

The rail itself is for a TM M14. I plan on using this rail system:

which seems to be a direct knock of a NItro. Vo rail. That particular mount base will allow a complete monolithic rail over the ejection port.
