For spare parts, I am interested in a Tanaka (M700, M40, M24 etc.) stock bolt and/or its trigger. If you know the KJW is exactly the same, I can buy those, too.

PM or write here, if interested ;)

UPDATE on the thread: I am evaluating purchasing the KJW trigger and bolt from Wesley810, which would be kind enough to ship them internationally.

One question just to make absolutely sure of the compatibility: are the bolt and trigger on KJW M700 serie 100% compatible with Tanaka rifles, like the M40?

I am growing tired of having continuous malfunctions due to my lack of care when I bought the rifle years ago, so I might get an entirely new Tanaka M40A1 from a local store and put all the upgrades on the new one, then sell the old parts that still work..separately (stock included).

I don't want to have further malfunctions because I've spent a lot of money on the air rig and the upgrades, so it's well worth for me to pay $400 and get a new one (then sell what I don't need) to make the previous expenses work ;)

But..if the two pieces are compatible, completely compatible, I might get away with fixing the gun for a lot less..

..once again, I need your help oh almighty warriors ;)

The trigger unit is exactly the same
The bolt is pretty much exactly the same(externally no different from my tanaka, internally slightly different, but i run a pcs bolt, and its been a while since i had a normal bolt, the hammer spring bar is slightly different,as in all the parts are metal,so technically better.but will work fine)

if you do buy a new one let me know as i need a few parts to make a whole rifle...might just email KJW though

Awesome, thanks for the help!

I might as well buy either a KJW M700 or a Tanaka M40A1 exactly like mine. I know this store in Italy is one of the few left that still has Tanaka stuff in stock.

If I go for a new one (very tempted to do so) I would ask if anyone wants anything from it..because I will start selling spare parts that I don't need.

All in all, shipping to Italy from the US is going to be around $100 with UPS, and that alone makes me think I will get into customs checks etc. so I should another $50 on top of those, at least..

If I get a new KJW M700 I am going to pay something around 270€ and if I manage to sell some spare parts I could easily end up saving money and being "safer".

So..what parts do you want? :) This should become a thread by itself :)

UPDATE
While this thread remains active to evaluate the possibility of buying a trigger and bolt from KJW/Tanaka spare parts being sold, I opened a new thread related to what I wrote above.
