My opinion is this is a sniper forum, not a gunner/grenadier forum. This AEG section is strictly for long range, DMR/Semi-auto sniper setups.

Also, had you truly been researching this topic for several months, I should hope you'd know what internals are or are not compatible with each of your choices.

I'd hazard a guess its an opinion shared by many on this forum but then I occasionaly use an M249 as back up so what the hell do I know :

I don't have a problem with them, hell, I've got a CA M249, multiple AEGs, and a PTW, which I use more than any of my guns. But, you don't see me asking how to upgrade them on a sniper specific forum. If I have questions about my PTW for example, I go to the PTW forums, where I know my question will be best answered, since that's what the forum is strictly dedicated. Likewise, if I have a sniper rifle question, I wouldn't ask it on a PTW specific forum, I'd come to a sniper specific forum.
