I seem to have picked up a habit from my father. Every time we watch a movie, I nitpick at all the little things that they got wrong, but ignore the huge things. For instance, My little sister was watching "the robinsons" on tv (it's a cartoon movie), and I had nothing better to do so I sat down and started talking about how nobody's hand could possibly fit around someone's waist. Meanwhile, they are in a flying time machine, going through paradox after paradox.

The little thing in all of this is the degree that it bugged my sister. Normal nitpicking would bug her, but the way I was doing it, nitpicking at the small things and ignoring the obvious ones, really got to her. Hahaha that made my day. I'm an awesome brother, aren't I? >:D

@Rubiksklube- Drill a second hole next to the nozzle on the cylinder head, opposite the original hole. Then take a piece of wood, drill a hole for the nozzle, and two holes to mimic the ones next to the nozzle. Use those holes for two nails, and use it as a wrench to take the cylinder head off. Springer shows how he made it here ((Clicky!) It's post #12).

Okay, I'll definitely try that... Already got the hole drilled, just gotta get thick enough screws. And use a friends vice... So I suppose I should put it in boiling water first?

Or could I use the blow torch?... What's the melting point of the cylinder?
I may end up drilling straight thru the cylinder head so I can get a stronger lever and just buy a new cylinder head, get it over with. Probably Laylax....

Depending on what rifle we are talking about, the cylinder head is probably retry thick. I drilled down about 3/8 inch on my bar10 cylinder head, and there is still plenty of material left.

I'm not sure what the cylinder is made of, but I think it is nickel plated (again, depending on shat rifle we are talking about here, I have a bar10), so I would try boiling water for 10 minutes first, then be careful with the torch If the water doesn't work.

Wow, just installed my new Firefly hard bucking, shimmed my hop arm and chamber, and bridged the gap between the two prongs. Arm is now very tight, and the accuracy now is fantastic. I have not heard from ASPUK regarding the DW Type-B arm i ordered, so i'm sure it wont arrive before my next game, so i did the mod for the Firefly.

I have those Daisy shatter blast targets, and i re-inserted a small broken piece, and smacked it from 15m away. I live in a small house, and that's my indoor plinking length. So very impressed with the results.

Unless WELL VSR's have the JG logo and the "Made by JG Works" on the stock... I think I have a JG (not being snappy, I wouldn't be surprised if WELL copied that crap)

Looks like nickel plated copper or brass or something. And I know copper has a melting point of ~1100, so I just may try the torch.

I would just reeeaally like to get it off....

Also, mine had a weird hop-arm. Not sure if it's some sort of anomaly, but mine came not with fangs, but with one skinny nub straight in the middle of the arm. What's up with dat? I'll get a picture maybe.

Can you take picture?

Sounds like you have a Type-B style hop arm, so you can use better buckings, Firefly, etc. Is it a DW arm? But yeah that's awesome.

My hop arm from ASPUK arrived just now, and to think i thought it wasn't going to arrive before my next game. Looking forward to putting this in now. : )

Trust me, not even a Type B DW type, the nub doesn't go all the way across. Think of the width of a fang, but then only 1 in the middle....
I'll get pictures up.
Hmm, weird...do W-Buckings need special shaped buckings?

I don't know, and i'm only guessing, but have you fired a few rounds yet?

I fired maybe 10 rounds, and itself was just washed .25's just to see. First, they rolled out the barrel if pointed down. They also went maybe 100 feet, maybe a tad bit further with the hop up increased. I took out the bucking to see what was up. The bucking was totally trashed, it looked like the previous owner was trying to cut if off for an r-hop or something but gave up halfway. I'll keep the arm and test it with some buckings.
Also... Lost my REAPS somewhere..... Makes me sad....

prepare list for new order at 15/8. Yay, I need 0.4g for my girl, more mag mid-cap for others.

Last part I need is came, hell yeah. Still waiting heavy ammo.
