Can anyone go to Xtreme Kombat this saturday? It was really fun last time and it would be great to do it again. If this Saturday doesn't work we can go some other time either at XK or maybe PBC.
I'm not going tomorrow definitely... turned out I couldn't go anyway. It's possible that I go next weekend to PBC... just depends on if my dad will drive me/possibly play.So Polter, you maybe going then?
Okay. Sweet, so maybe we can all meet up againI'm not going tomorrow definitely... turned out I couldn't go anyway. It's possible that I go next weekend to PBC... just depends on if my dad will drive me/possibly play.
THIS!^After going to Airsoft R Us' new field last week and seeing how they run things, it really opened my eyes to the lack of effort put in by the XK owners and refs. Rarely is there ever a safety briefing (They have a video but it's quite easy to get past, out of the past ten times I've played there they only chrono'd one time and it only had to be one gun, and the refs are pretty crappy about the gameplay. I've seen multiple full-auto sprays from under 5 feet away and the ref was too busy on his phone to handle it. It just seems to me personally like there is an extreme disregard to when it comes to how they run the field. Hey, maybe i'm just an odd man out and that is the norm for other places but I've heard that even when playing at Cool Combat they spot check guns to make sure they are under the limits. And I have heard that PBC is a great field. I think I might put this on the XK sub on the ncairsoft forums. Sorry to burst anyones bubble I just saw Geist's post about how PBC is a lot better and it really got me thinking to just how sub-par XK has been for me.
Yes! PBC adds a new gameplay field every year. The best XK can do is add a junk building after 2 years...Also, PBC has more gameplay "areas" then XK, and they do it all for half the price.
I think so. I'll let you know if my plans change.Okay, that kinda sucks. Polter, you going now, or no?
